Building Activity:
Build a LEGO Tudor House
Students will be provided with a simplified example of how to construct a LEGO model of a Tudor-style house, focusing on its defining architectural features. There is an emphasis on the contrast colour wooden beams and the jetty of the second floor.
During the construction process students will be supported with their builds to ensure they are structurally correct.
At the end of the building activity we will bring all of the class creations together to create a new London City of 1666. We will be able to get photos of the final scene in place as the new Tudor Houses sit on the bank of river Thames.
